Established in 2004 with the opening of Baia Bodrum Hotel, the Baia Hotels brand has since grown exponentially. Managed by the Sönmez Industrial Holding, the brand boasts of four properties as of 2019 and is eyeing further expansion to more locations. The Turkis Brand has seaside and waterfront properties as well as a mountain resort.

The Baia Bodrum is the property that started it for the brand.
